- Totally ARM-coded application (expected memory requirements around 32k)
- Facility to customize all application menus (much like the current toolbox-editing system)
- Plug-in modules that create icons actually on the toolbox, instead of being put in a "Modules" sub-menu as on QTMPlay 2
- Facility to have external modules that feature in QTMPlay but actually are separate tasks
- A carousel program that actually switches songs in the background i.e. while not multitasking. This (I think) is a first for the Acorn desktop tracker-player programs
- A set of hot-keys to control QTMPlay that work at any time (i.e. in a game or something)
- An intelligent carousel widget that will find out which songs you like and play them more often, and also play "shuffle mode carousels" much more randomly
- A CD layer for QTMPlayer
- And much more...
